Platform Terms and Conditions of Use wclub

01 Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as stated:

• "Platform" refers to the wclub website accessible via wclub.win, including our official mobile app for Android and iOS.
• "Account" refers to the user account registered at wclub, including all balances, game history, and associated personal information.
• "Withdrawable Balance" refers to funds in the account that have met all applicable wagering requirements and may be withdrawn in accordance with wclub withdrawal procedures.
• "Bonus Credits" refers to free credits or bonuses credited by wclub to your account, which are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted into a withdrawable balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by wclub to meet compliance obligations and prevent fraud.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the number of times bonus credits must be wagered before they can be converted into withdrawable funds.

02 User Eligibility

Use of the wclub platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Not currently on any self-exclusion list or gambling ban imposed by any relevant authority.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.

03 Account Registration

To use wclub services in full, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Your responsibilities as an account holder include:

• Keeping your account information up to date when changes occur — especially your phone number and banking details — to facilitate the KYC and withdrawal process.
• Keep your password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Notify wclub immediately via customer support if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorization.

Wclub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to contain inaccurate, false, or misleading information. The decision to suspend or terminate an account on these grounds is final, and wclub reserves the right to withhold the balance in the relevant account until the investigation is concluded.

04 Deposit and Payment

Wclub offers a range of deposit methods suited for users in Malaysia, including FPX, online bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 for most payment methods.
• Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes. In the rare event of a delay caused by the banking system, please contact support with proof of transaction.
• Wclub does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, some payment providers or banks may impose their own charges that are beyond wclub's control.
• All deposits must use a payment method registered under the name of the wclub account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
• Funds deposited into a wclub account are for gaming purposes only and may not be transferred to other users.

05 Fund Withdrawal

Wclub processes valid withdrawal requests within the stipulated timeframe once all conditions are met. The withdrawal process at wclub is as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 for most methods.

06 Bonus and Promotions

• Each promotion has its own wagering requirements, clearly stated in the respective promotional terms. General wagering requirements are between 15x to 35x bonus value depends on the type of promotion.

07 Game Rules

All games available on the wclub platform — including slots, Live Casino, and table games — are subject to the following rules:

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified by an accredited independent testing body. Every game outcome is random and free from any manipulation.
• In the event of a technical issue such as a connection disruption during gameplay, wclub will endeavour to restore the game session to its state prior to the disruption. Where restoration is not possible, the affected bets will be voided and funds returned.
• Wclub reserves the right to void and declare invalid any game results obtained through illegitimate means, including the use of automated software (bots), exploitation of system bugs, or any form of cheating.
• The RTP values displayed for each game are verified and accurate figures. Variation in individual results is normal within short-term statistics.

08 Sports Betting

The wclub sports betting section has specific rules that all users must follow:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the wclub system cannot be cancelled by the user, except through the Cash Out function available for certain markets.
• Wclub reserves the right to void bets if there is evidence that the odds offered contained a significant technical or human error. In such cases, funds will be fully refunded.

• Activity indicating attempts at fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Account closure requested by the account holder for self-exclusion purposes or at their personal request.
• Confirmation that the account holder is under 18 years of age.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the wclub support team. Balances eligible for withdrawal will be processed according to normal procedures once all reviews are completed.

10 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the wclub platform — including brand names, logos, interface design, text, graphics, images, software code, and game elements — is the exclusive property of wclub or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to:

• Copying, redistributing, or republishing any platform content without written permission from wclub.
• Using the wclub brand name or logo for any commercial purpose or impersonation.
• Creating copies or versions that resemble the wclub platform to mislead users.

11 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, wclub is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from gaming or betting activity. Users acknowledge that gaming and betting involve the risk of monetary loss and accept that risk in full.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond wclub's control, such as internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or actions by authorities.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a user's account due to the user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

12 Changes to Terms and Conditions

Wclub reserves the right to review, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When a material change occurs, wclub will:

• Updating the "Updated" date at the top of this document.
• Displaying a notice of changes on the platform's home page for a minimum period of seven days.
• Sending notifications to the member's registered email address for significant changes.

Continued use of the wclub platform after the effective date of any terms update constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any eligible balance before the new terms take effect.
